San Diego’s TVC Capital just led a $15 million Series A round for BitTitan, a cloud software company. They have been bootstrapping for nine years and this is the largest A round TVC has ever done.
Raining on the Parade
This one is sure to be the talk of the party during San Diego Startup Week. The Union-Tribune gives voice to some San Diego tech leaders that don’t believe all the hype about how great the San Diego startup ecosystem is. Sure they like it and think it’s good, but apparently it is no Silicon Valley.
