Raken, an app for daily reporting in the construction industry, raised a $2 million seed round. The investment was led by Rincon Ventures.

Lymber Gets Social

San Diego’s own workout class app, Lymber, has added a new social feature. It allows users to not only search for available classes, but they can now invite friends to classes through the app. Lymber is currently offering classes at 200 studios in San Diego.

 

Partying Just Got Easier

PartyKroo has just launched with a mission to help people throw parties. The website allows you to request set-up, servers, and clean-up for any event you are hosting. “PartyKroo’s online booking tool and network of experienced and affordable party helpers make it possible to be a guest at your own party,” said Lisa Gomez, Co-Founder of PartyKroo.  The service is currently available in San Diego and Denver, CO.
