Comic-Con isn’t the only downtown event drawing crowds this summer. The Convention Center will be packed with thousands of scientists and biotech executives from around the world for the Bio International Convention in June. It draws big names—Richard Branson and Hillary Clinton were there in 2014, and this year former British Prime Minister David Cameron is giving the keynote speech.
